Whisper Australian Cattle Dog / Blue Heeler Mix Germantown, OH

Whisper is just the sweetest spotted lady around. She is great with other dogs, both large and small, a mature lady of 40 lbs, 6-8 years old, still full of energy, but past all the puppy behavior. No household accidents, chewing, or whining. She is content to spend the afternoon playing in the yard, chilling in her crate (door open or closed), or snuggling up to you on the couch. She is good with either a dog door or with asking to be let out.

She loves to play with other dogs, not so much with toys. She loves treats and loves to eat but is not food aggressive. She's learning to leave her foster sister's dish alone. On a leash, she is learning not to pull. Due to her history, she does get nervous around roads, but she loves to ride in the car!

Give Whisper a little attention, and she's wiggling all over the place. She does not jump up and does not get on the furniture. She has been trained to sit, but it's so hard to sit when someone is loving on you!

In person she looks like an Aussie, the vet put blue heeler and we've had apps and friends say setter mix. So who really knows?? And who cares; she's a good girl either way!
