Meet Xylona! This sweetheart German Shepherd raised her babies and now she's ready to live a pampered life! Our adult and teenage volunteers love to walk this gentle lady. Xylona, however, would much rather have you scratch her belly or back than go for a walk. She happily lays down to invite you to give her a good belly rub. Xylona is a mellow, calm girl. She would be happiest just keeping you company throughout the day and riding along while you run errands. The noise and activity at the rescue is stressful for her. She'd love to be able to lay beside you while you watch your favorite TV shows or read your favorite books. We don't know how she is with cats or young children, but we think she would make a great family dog. Give us a call! Come and meet this sweet girl!
