Zora has been waiting patiently for her forever home. She has worked hard to learn basic commands, potty train and get ready to meet her person/s. However, that day has not come. This sweet baby is an active and intelligent girl, making her an ideal companion for active families. She's great with kids and gets along well with most dogs, but can be a little protective of her food and toys. She loves to snuggle on the furniture, is eager to please and is a good-hearted girl. She is currently in the DASH Prison Training program and has learned basic commands like sit, stay, heel, down, free, wait and leave. Her trainer describes her as affectionate, loyal and loves to take walks and long naps on the bed. "By far, she is my favorite dog to go through the training program". She is usually very quiet an loves to go for walks. However she can be suspicious of new places and loud noises. Zora doesn't know a stranger and is very social. She has been known to bark at strangers, when she is playing and in her crate because she desperately wants to be with her people.
